North Port YMCA Group Exercise Schedule
*Schedule is subject to change without notice. All group exercise classes are
included in your membership! Non-members can purchase a punch card for $80 for
15 classes. We also offer $10 day passes good for using the entire facility. All
classes can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels with the help of the
instructor. Those with physical issues should speak with the class instructor
prior to participating.
