Our group exercise classes are included in your membership! Group Exercise Punchcards (except for Pilates) are no longer available for purchase. Schedule is subject to change without notice. All classes can be modified to accommodate most fitness levels with the help of the instructor. Those with physical issues should speak with the class instructor prior to participating. The Charlotte County Family YMCA does not turn anyone away because of inability to pay. Y-Assist
Child Watch Hours:
Child Watch is for ages 8 weeks-8 years old. FREE for Household, Single-Parent & Childcare Memberships. Reservations are required only for ages 8 weeks- 1 year and can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
