The Charlotte County Family YMCA was given 21.5 acres by Herta Jennie Dotzler on January 15, 1977. This beautiful property is located on Charlotte Harbor. It is close to all of Charlotte County Amenities but feels like you are out in the wilderness. It boasts all of nature's gifts, a tidal pool, large waterfront and a stream.

Corporate Team BuildingOur outdoor facility offers unique and challenging courses designed to develop trust and postitive interpersonal dynamics. Trained facilitors provide your group with a meaningful, transferable, and memorable experience. The Alpine Tower provides participants with a personal and group challenge that incorporates climbing a fifty foot structure. In addition, our new Team Development Course provides initiatives that will challenge even the most seasoned Group Interaction Course participant.

Celebrate your child's birthday with a fun outdoor adventure. Ages 8-15. Cost includes use of our 50 foot Alpine Climbing Tower, Yeam Building Challenge Course, scavenger hunts and sports themes.

Quiet, simple, romantic... Bring your Pastor/Justice of peace and create the memories of your union at the Dotzler Outdoor Center. We provide the space and you provide the rest at our beautiful outdoor setting. Facility includes a great backdrop of the harbor in a Florida natural setting. Includes a staff on site to assist in minor logistics and 3.5 hours of facility time.

The Bayfront Center provides the perfect setting for weddings, reception, business and social meetings, private celebration, club socials and dinners. The Harborside and Parkside rooms are very attractive, clean and inviting. Includes:
