Each year, we raise money for scholarships through the YMCA Annual Community Kids Campaign from local businesses, YMCA members, and friends of the Charlotte County Family YMCA. It is our policy to provide child care and programs to all children regardless of ability to pay. Those individuals unable to pay the full fee may apply for partial assistance based on their financial situation and the YMCA's ability to provide assistance.

You can print out an application here or pick one up at the branch you wish to receive assistance at. Please also attach your most recent 1040 Tax Return and/or Varification Of Social Security Funds Awarded AND the last two pay stubs plus those of other household earners. Processing usually takes 2-3 weeks and we will notify you of your rate of assistance.

After receiving notification of your assistance, you may come into the YMCA and sign up for child care or a youth program. All applications and information remain confidential. Please call the branch you wish to apply at for more information.
